      Hello Reshmi,
As stated in the NEET website:
Any candidate passed class XII examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Bio-Technology) and also passed English in the Qualifying Examination from any recognised Board/University can appear in the NEET subject to other conditions.
That is, as long as you pass in English and fulfil the requirement of a sum total of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in STD 12, you are eligible for NEET.
Take note that this information is as per the NEET website for the year 2016. There may or may not be changes for the next year.
      Good Luck!
