NEET Exam Day Dos and Don’ts

NEET Exam Day Dos

  1. A night before your NEET exam, make sure you have all the necessary things that you have to carry to the examination centre. Things like stationery and your admit card or hall ticket.
  2. Your D-day begins early. However, its matters that you get enough rest. Rest your mind, body and soul. Good sleep is healthy and necessary to de-stress yourself so that you wake up fresh and happy for the exam.
  3. Freshen up, get in your comfortable attire for the exam and eat your favourite breakfast. Your goal is to feel positive all day. These tiny things are important.
  4. You may have made tiny little important notes that you can carry while on your way to glance at.
  5. Carry a water bottle or any kind of energy boosting drink.
  6. Once you reach the examination hall take deep breaths.
  7. Concentrate on filling all the details that need to be filled on the paper.
  8. Take a look at the entire paper and then begin solving it.
  9. If you have a little time left, check if you have completed the paper/MCQ and not missed any question. Check your answers too.

NEET Exam Day Dont’s

  1. Do not begin studying as you get out of bed.
  2. Do not carry your books along. Have faith in yourself, you have prepared well. Revising from fat books will only make you nervous and think that you have not studied enough.
  3. Once you reach the examination hall do not get nervous of the atmosphere. You may have solved online test series or mock tests which should give you confidence.
  4. So the question paper is in your hand, you go through it and notice that a few questions are tricky. Do not think about those questions yet. Solve the rest of the paper/MCQ and then these tricky ones.
  5. Times up and you get out. Do not discuss the paper and get frantic about it. You have given your best shot and nothing can change the answers now.

Catch up with friends or go for a vacation. You have a lot of time to kill before the results. Enjoy!
