MBBS Students Asked to Vacate their Colleges Seats

The 519 students who qualified the toughest NEET exam were thrown out of their colleges by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The MBBS students were issued discharge notices by MCI of India, and asked to vacate their college seats as they had been ‘directly’ admitted without counselling. Doing so meant violation of the Supreme Court order of September 28, 2016, to state governments to hold centralised counselling and allot colleges to students based on their NEET performance. AIPVT 2017 to be held through NEET

The All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT 2017) is said to be held through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017.

In a notice released to all medical aspirants of the country, the AIPVT 2017 will be conducted through NEET 2017. As per the notification, the Veterinary Council of India is likely to use the merit list of NEET UG 2017 for allocation of seats to all the known veterinary colleges (except J&K). Read more
